We regularly use before-and-after images and videos to demonstrate the results of our cleaning services. By using our services, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
1. Use of images
We may take photographs or videos of work carried out at your property for:
- Marketing purposes (website, social media, advertising)
- Demonstrating service results
- Training and quality control
2. No personal identification
We take reasonable steps to ensure that:
- No personal or identifying information is visible
- Property addresses are not disclosed
- Images focus only on the work carried out
3. Consent
Where required, we will obtain verbal or written consent before using images.
You may also:
- Request that no images are taken, or
- Request that images are not used for marketing
This request must be made before or at the time of service.
4. Results disclaimer
Before-and-after images are intended to demonstrate typical results, however:
- Results may vary depending on condition, materials, and usage
- Some damage, staining, or wear may be permanent
- No guarantee is made that identical results can be achieved in every case
5. Intellectual property
All images and videos taken by us remain the property of Empire Oven, Carpet & Exterior Cleaning Services Ltd. They must not be copied, reproduced, or used without permission.
6. Removal requests
If you believe an image should be removed, please contact us at cleanme@empclean.co.uk. We will review and respond promptly.
